Is passive/aggressive behavior the easiet way to deal with an unsatisfied person?

Just a question-don't be assuming anything now!

Ex: No matter a person's conversation, the other answers negatively, or in a hurtful manner.

No, the EASIEST way is to pick up the nearest heavy object and attempt to introduce it into that person's head. Passive/aggressive is the safest, though.
