Once again, America is the exception for the wrong reasons. he leader in greenhouse gas production and the slowest to act. Is it time the rest of the planet shows the U.S. that they aren't going to ruin it for anyone else?

Don't post any trash on why global warming doesn't exist because it does. Apparently, yanks are the only morons on Earth that are still in denial so I don't even bother listening to their ignorant rants.

And I know some Americans are actually educated on this. I am refering to the Gas guzzling Bush loving denialists that actually believe that their pollution doesn't affect the environment.

Not really because America is not the only one who is guilty. Without a doubt we are number one, but China, Japan, and Western Europe are problems as well, so you can't blame America for everything. We need to work together as the global community (the whole damn point of the UN) to stop greenhouse emissions and try to fix this problem instead of arguing about whether it exists (the product of partisan politics and people agreeing with their 'party's' view rather than thinking for themselves).

To the poster below, nonsense about global cooling in the 70s should indicate to you the reality of global warming. Polar ice is melting--fact, not 'hoax.' There was nothing to support a 'cooling' theory 30 years ago, and the fact is the earth would not go from cooling to warming that quickly, this is something that has been building.

Maybe it would take something like that to force our idiot president to get his head out of his @ss.

Bush will be remembered for, besides being a moronic fundie, being the worst president to permanently harm our environment.

Why do the fundies deny this so? How does it threaten their precious buy-bull?

If the world followed your advice it would plunge the global economy into recession. The US is still by far the largest consumer market in the world. The rest of the world gets rich from selling their domestic surpluses of goods and services to Americans. You're just another example of liberals who don't understand economics.

Global warming is a hoax. Apparently you are not old enough to remember back to the 70s when they were screaming about an impending ice age.
