if a doctor says you have high counts of bacteria in your urine what can that entail? UTI's, Yeast infections, pregnancy?

a high bacteria count in urine means only one thing....infection.

It will most likely be a UTI or bladder infection. yeast infections aren't caused by bacteria and pregnancy has nothing to do with bacteria in the urine. urine is actually sterile unless someone has a UTI or bladder infection.

I don't think of pregnancy when I hear bacteria. It could be as simple as maybe needing to wash your hands before getting the urine sample. Or, it could be a UTI .

you may have a chronic UTI infection. sometimes bacteria can hide in your bladder and cause you infection from time to time. If so, you'll need a longer duration of medication than normal infection.

finish the pills your doctor gave you and on daily basis-drink a lot of water to flush out bacteria, visit bathroom regularly and never hold it.

Probably a UTI. Which are usually caused by the bacteria E. Coli. Ask your doctor for the details. If you have a UTI you should be put on anti-biotics.

it means that you have a peice of food stuck in your vagina. it probally happened when you were having some forplay with your partner. it happened to me before too, just go in the shower and give it a hard and vigorous scrubbing with ajax and a soft kitchen sponge.
