This bike is special to me.
2006 HD FXD35. 35th Anniversary Superglide.
My oldest gave it to me as a "I'm not coming home present".
It was on the assembly line as he crossed into Iraq.
It is #2347 of 3500. He was #2347 to be killed in Iraq.
I have ridden a bunch of bikes in the past for different reasons, mostly enjoyment. I ride this one for those reasons and more. I will have this one until the day I die.

Started with a Honda 360 went to a Kawasaki 440 LTD, Suzuki 650, Kawasaki 800 Vulcan and now a Harley Davidson Road King Police Edition. The reason I have this bike is; its drop dead gorgeous, timeless styling, very comfortable on long trips, and I can finally afford the bike I want.

A Suzuki GS500F. It's reasonably comfortable for me except it could use a better seat. Other good points about it:
1. It's light and fun to toss around on a twisty road.
2. Easy to ride - I'd only been riding a couple months when I got it.
3. Dependable.
4. Gets between 50 and 60 miles to the gallon.
Sometimes I wish I had a dual sport, though - I'm 6'2", and could stretch out better on one of those big tall bikes.

I ride A '05 heritage classic. I chose this bike because the softail harley is the most customizable motorcycle made, and I love to modify! Last bike was on '01 ultra classic tour glide that would hit 130mph fully loaded including passenger! loved that bike.

I ride everything I can get my hands on. I like almost every motorcycle. I own an 87 Sportster, 99 Buell S3T, 99 Harley Fat Boy ( I kind of inherited that one) a 2003 Suzuki DL 1000 and a Yamaha XS650.
The Suzuki is handy, handles well, carries lots of stuff and is fast enough. My favorite bike though is my Sportster. Instead of owning all these different kinds of bikes I should have a garage full of different kinds of Sportsters.

2000 Kawasaki Voyager XII. Best large tour bike FOR THE MONEY...Bought it brand new for $11, 299.00 in Wichita, KS and have had excellent service from it. Also just about every part from every 1200 Voyager ever made will fit, so it's easy to score parts off EBay...same bike from 1986 to 2004 when it went out of production...K ;o)

I ride a Harley FXD. I like cruiser and chopper styles for bikes. Harleys have great styling (so great the jap manufacturers had to copy it). Their exhaust sound can't be beat either. The next bike I get will be either another Harley or a custom chopper.

2005 Kawasaki Ninja 636r
I ride it because it has the right amount of power for my needs. I used to have a CBR 900 and a GSXR 750.
---
If I had to get another bike I would get another GSXR750.
The 636r allows me to catch up to the bigger bikes on turns and twisties. I easily make up time that I lose to them on the straightaways. Turns don't come up to fast for me. I have a Two Bros dual exhaust, other than that everything else is stock. It needs a stabilizer, though.
