Dictator Dumbya is the perfect storm of evil and incompetence. In psychology the superego is the "scolding parent" or conscience, of which Dumbya has little or nothing, despite what experiences he might have had in childhood.

It's hard to tell which is greater, but the combination has been deadly and has divided this country in a way we haven't seen since Vietnam.

Its a deadly mix of both, being dumb is bad. but having to fill the room with guys dumber than you so you THINK you arre smart to help ur ego is pretty bad.
