Is your question:

How does a mental healthy act, in your opinion?

Someone can be Mentally Healthy and yet be abnormal.

Someone who is considered normal may be Mentally Unhealthy

First of all Normal person is a relative term.

Merriam-Webster dictionary: Normal

- nor·mal·i·ty /nor-'ma-l&-tE/ noun
- nor·mal·ly /'nor-m&-lE/ adverb

But:
If you are in a hospital which treats pschycological ailments, and there are 500 patients with pschycological disorders but only 50 staff members (doctors, nurses, support staff, etc). The doctors, nurses, support staff, etc are in the minority so the normal person is one with a pschycological disorders in that hospital.

When you are with your friends who act, talk, and dress similar to the way you do but one other person joins you who acts, talks, and/or dresses differently than the rest. That person is abnormal.

The reverse is true if you are the one who acts, talks, and/or dresses differently than the rest; then you are the abnormal person.

It is all relative.

Many religious people may consider you to be abnormal.

People who commit serious crimes are generally considered to be abnormal even though the APPEAR to act, talk, and dress similar to most other people.

I hope this gave you something to think about.

The answer to your question depends who answers it. again it is all relative.

Good Luck

I'm mentally healthy today but it took work. Meds didn't do it...I had to figure out what was wrong on the inside and then forgive and forget. I focus on my hobbies and having a good relationship with my loved ones and that seemed to really help me but it took a long time. Don't give up! as far as a definition for good mental health that's subject to interpretation. Everybody is different no matter WHAT anybody says...even doctors.

A mentally healthy person can be religious. The main concern with mental health is how well one can process the world. An unhealthy person may be manic, suicidal, wanting to inflict harm to oneself or others, hallucinating, displaying odd repetitive behaviours, etc. A normal person is just anyone that is basically normal, regardless of how they dress. How you act or talk is usually considered normal unless your behavior is extreme or carefully tested to show abnormality.

Actually, normal mental health is defined by the societal average. Normal just means 'with acceptable differences'.

So following a religion is okay if most people accept that it is within the tolerance of normality.
