wow $5000 why so much. can you find a cheaper place to live like an apartment to rent or something. If not ask friends and family to help you out with either the money or a place to live until you find a place of your own that isn't so much. You can also go to the welfare office in your city they can assist you and suggest other possibilities for you until you get on your feet.

Is his name on the lease? Is yours? He can't force you to move if your name is on the lease. It might be a safer situation though, depending on your ex. You could move into a women's shelter or move in with some friends or family, even if they live far away, it would be better than living on the streets.
Visit your health department to sign up for Medicaid, food stamps, financial assistance, and WIC if you qualify. Chances are that you'll qualify and they'll be able to get help for you as far as housing too.
Once you're out of the house, let the child's father know that he's going to have to pay child support and you're putting him on the birth certificate. If he argues, you can get a paternity test done.
Good luck.

I would talk to him about what you are looking at with moving costs and see if you can stay there a bit longer so you can move out of his life. Being Pregnant also gets you some state help as well I would get on WIC (Women Infants and Children) they can help with food so there is a help right there. You should check out a few other things for state help so you can move cause the place your at is very bad for your health being pregnant. then talk to family and let them know what is going on if you can do that. You really need to look at what you have got near you for help. You can also get on HUD housing list so you can get a place to live when baby comes and they will go off your income. You will have to set up everything for child support as soon as you have this baby and they will do a DNA test so he cant argue that the baby isn't his. You really need to seek some resources in your area so you can be on your own with your baby. I really hope you find everything you can really soon for your health and for a place to stay if things are to bad in your situation. First Call your State Assistance office for resources to help you and go from there and please make sure you ask every person you talk to for a resource cause it will help you out later on trust me.

you should be able to get housing assistance until you can get on ur feet. go to the department of social services and explain to them ur situation and they should be able to help you. my sister actually got help with the down payment on an apartment from the salvation army. they should have hud, medicaid, food stamps, and whatever else can help you out. i now it sucks but you need to think of what is best for the baby not pride. and it should only be temorary anyways. i mean you can get a job after the baby is born or even now and just make sure they know that you are pregnant. hopefully the father will come around until then do what you have to do. good luck. hope everything works out.

I believe that every State now has laws demanding that fathers pay child support and take care of their children- go to Family services. If you are unmarried and young and alone please talk to someone about what you can do that is in the best interest of the child.
Your baby is the most important person in this situation -be a good Mother and do what is best for this little one . Good luck to both of you Sweetheart !

CHILD SUPPORT !!!
Go to your local office to sign up for cash assistance, medicaid (state insurance for you and baby) and food stamps. Then after qualifying, the state in which you live will pursue the guy for reimbursement.
Good Luck

I don't know what kind of help you expect here. Try asking your family for assistance, getting a personal loan, etc.

Do you have any women shelters where you live? Go to your nearest welfare office and see if you can get some help there. Maybe there is a church you can go to for help?
