Hi,
Thank you in advance for the help you are about to do. Okay Coming to issue, I have a Intel Desktop Board D845GVSR. I have connected four IDE Drives. On Primary Master - Seagate 40 GB HDD, Primary Slave - Samsung 20 GB HDD, Secondary Master - Sony DVD Writer and Secondary Slave - Samsung CD ROM. Now i have bought a new Seagate 160 GB HDD. Is there any possibility to connect that too without removing the existing drives. Can you advice me?

You might be able to add it, if you get a RAID or similar controller card.

Something like this, perhaps:

You are going to need a PCI add-on card so that you can add additional IDE devices. All major electronics stores carry them.

Two drives per channel. You can either remove the cdrom or add another PCI controller.
