I am in that same situation I took a home pregnancy test after my missed period and the test said positive and I have been feeling nausea and having bad mood swings. I am planning on making a doctors appointment soon besides its my 3 pregnancy and I know the feeling.

TAKE A PREGNANCY TEST!!!! Thats the only other way there is to know if you are pregnant or not before getting in to see a doctor...

Pregnancy kits are very reliable these days. They were right on all 3 times for us.

they only way is to get a pregnancy test and take it the day of your missed period
