I don't know in that Reggie is more a threat as a receiver out of the backfield. Deuce does the heavy lifting. If Reggie can get his running game going to match his receiving skills and stays healthy then he has a chance.
It will be interesting to see how he plays this year because he wants the ball more. However, he is not a Barry Sanders and he doesn't get away with all that juking and jiving stuff he did in college. Talk about an over-hyped guy with the media and I am a Saints fan.

At this component in his profession, or any rookie's profession, they are in a position to be considered a conceivable hall-of-famer. Laurence Maroney, Reggie Bush, Matt Leinart, and so on., they have shown that they are in a position to produce even with distinctive, exceedingly harsh situations for Leinart. although, what's Bush blows out his ACL in some years and can in no way be the comparable. Case and component, in 1998, the hot England Patriots drafted Robert Edward to be their working lower back while Curtis Martin left. That 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, he ran for 1115 yards (3.8 elementary) and 9 tds, and 331 receiving yards and 3 td's. If he did not blow out his knee enjoying sea coast soccer that summer time, he could nonetheless be a dominant rigidity in the NFL and could definetly be contending for the hall of recognition. that's to early back to a decision hall of recognition status or not, yet he definetly does have the aptitude to achieve this.

College hall of famer yes. Unless the NCAA is upset with his family for taking money from boosters and agents while in college. The NCAA seems to not care about this though, since it is USC and Bush cheating is ok so they should put him in the college hall of fame. Pro football hall of fame no way, he has about 10 more years of playing before he can prove he is a hall of famer.

There is absolutely no way to tell. He could have a career ending injury. Everyone thought Bo Jackson would be a Hall of Famer too....one play with the Bengals ended that. Ask the same question in 9 years.

College Football Hall of Famer for sure.

Pro Football HOFer, we will know in about 8 years. Now matter how much potential he has, nobody can predict injuries, suspensions, unexpected retirements (see Ricky Williams) or jail (see Jamal Lewis)

After 1 marginally good season? No way, even in the slightest. Hall of Fame careers are built upon better than normal productivity, consistancy, and longevity. Bush has shown none of these things yet.

Obviously if a injury occurs he won't be.. But he has the potential to be Barry Sanders-esque. He's got the speed and agility to do the same thing. Granted defenses are faster now but so is he. He just needs to grow properly. He needs more strength but can't lose the speed and agility. Strength will keep him from getting hurt as well as break off big yards. If he progresses every year then yes he could be one of the best players we ever see.

Way to early to answer, but I say no way. He's a decent receiver, so-so returner, and he can't run for crap. He has no cut, can't run between the tackles, and always uses his burst at the wrong time. I say he pulls a "Troy Davis" within 5 years. For those of you who don't know, Davis had back-to-back 2,000 yard seasons for ISU, was drafted (by the saints) and now he seems to have disappeared from the face of the earth. Much like Bush will.

He definitely has enough talent to have a Hall of Fame career, but he hasn't had that Hall of Fame career yet, he's only played one season, so who knows? If he puts up another 8 or 10 seasons like the one he had last year, I think that will be enough to get him in.
