The root of your problem is that you have a small, unfiltered bowl and when you add the fish ammonia accumulates overnight and kills at least one of them. You need a filtered, heated tank for fish like you want to keep. I would suggest you check into a 10 gallon started kit from a large petshop chain and also read up on what "cycling a tank" means and how to deal with it so you don't lose fish. Here's a link on starting up an aquarium that covers the basicas you need to know. If after reading up, you have other questions, feel free to email me.

Hon, so many things could go wrong with this question. One of the mollies could have been sick when you got it. A two gallon? Do you have filtration, air bubbles, anything to keep water quality up? Did you recently change the water and not put dechlorination liquid in? Plus, you are feeding WAY too much for a two gallon. How many fish do you have in there?

See what I mean? There are too many variables to be able to answer your question correctly. I'm sorry.

Hi Neha
Very simple
Your bowl is not suited for these fish, they are all tropical which need at least a 10 gallon tank with heater and filter
Otherwise, you can buy as many fish as you want, but they won't survive

One probably needs more space then the other. Try seperating the fish in different bowls or get a bigger tank.
