Do you think this is just more personal than Myspace or other community sites, and maybe people don't want to reveal who they are, or do you think there's another reason? Just wondering.

To Cole, and others who don't know how to put your pics up (because that is why I used my avatar for so long too)...this is how I did it... Go to your Yahoo email home page, up at the top (in the yahoo search bar) type yahoo 360. Then click on get started (it is really easy too), fill in your profile, then when the "browse" pics page comes up, you browse through your pics and pick some out. Then after you've picked a picture as your profile pic, you can go back into yahoo answers and click on "edit" in your profile page, and choose the option "use your 360 profile pic". It's really easy to do. I just did mine today. Hope this helps the ones who sincerely just didn't know how.

I changed from using my own picture to using a symbol because almost no-one else uses their own picture.
I'm a bit of a sheep.
Also someone said I had big ears!!

Some like to hide their identity. That's what I've learned from many people on 360. There some don't bother to put a real pic, instead they put avatars or false images. I like to put my picture on every page I own so that any visitor can see what I look like.

Some people just don't like to display their pic to a bunch of strangers and from what I hear most of those that do have a real pic it's not even them. To many strange people floating around these days and once they get ahold of your picture they can do almost anything with it.

Probably not interested in creating a 360 page may be a reason.

I used to use my real picture as my avatar...but it got annoying cuz everytime i asked a question somebody always had to make a comment in reference to my pic so now I just hide behind my pink haired doll...

I am very honest, blunt and up front with an answer. We don't want to worry about the receiver of my answers walking up to my real face in the streets and responding...they won't all be nice responses.

I don't like using my pic cuz I get emails from guys then

if ur being honest with ur self its coz ur of ur self confidence. if u feel proud of who u r or how u look like u'll put a pic. if ur not sure wat others will think of u, u put da avatar. and u cn make it look like da way u wish to look. u dont always look awesome in pics. or it could b for a another social problem or something.

They're either new and don't know about 360 yet.
Or, they're too lazy and can't find any nice pictures.
