I try to be honest always, but I will tell a lie if it won't hurt anyone or progress into more lies. Usually just like for something that the truth would hurt someone's feelings or something.
Something like, Do you like this haircut, if I think it looks awful, I will say it looks good. Just stuff like that.

If your question about honesty pertains to the way how i live it, yes i am honest. I don't feel good if i lie about something. I'd rather be open, get reprimanded and not feel good than to lie get reprimanded and not feel good. Truth hurts but i'd rather hurt you with the truths than to hurt you with lies. Honesty creates virtue and harmony, lies destroys and turn into bad habits.

I consider myself honest most of the time. I am guilty of telling non-truths as I would like to call them..lol...but when I do, it is not harmful, or malice. Example...If my mom gives me something that I don't really like, I except and allow her to believe that I do like it. I know it is wrong, but I I don't want my mom's feelings to be hurt. But I do ask for forgiveness every night and I know that I receive it.

For the most part I am an honest person, even though I can not say I never lie. I a woman asks "Do these pants make my butt look big?" Whether the do or not I usually answer "No Sis you look fine."
I always try to avoid saying something like, "No, it's your big butt that makes your butt look big."
