Hello Jennifer,
If the marriage is over and your husband is not prepared to accept this, he must be made to.
If he is constantly harassing you by email, phone, letter or face to face, it is tantamount to stalking and that is against the law.
My advice is to firstly tell him, diplomatically' that the marriage is over and that you no longer want him to harass or stalk you. Warn him that if he does not stop you will 'reluctantly' have to take legal action to stop him.
Tell your lawyer what is going on and get his advice. If necessary your lawyer will take the legal steps to stop him.
After this is done, if your husband still persists, he could be facing a lengthy jail sentence.

because he cant let go,, have a male friend over more so when he shows up he will start to get the picture, or have a guy answer you phone
