These are two separate incidences with 2 separate individuals.
The name of the woman who grabbed his private area has not been disclosed. I don't think anymore came about it since Faith told her off from the stage. This person may be stupid enough to come out and say she did it though. If she was stupid enough to grab him, she would be stupid enough to let everyone know that she was the one who did it.
I don't think the person took his ring intentionally. If you look at one of the videos, you see that he jerked his hand away quickly from this woman wearing a blue, long-sleeved shirt. Immediately after, she was waiving her hands trying to get his attention, but he was busy accusing another individual named Monique. It was all a misunderstanding, but according to the article, he did get his ring back.

Lafayette Concert Incident
At the July 28 show in Lafayette, Louisiana, at the close of Tim McGraw's set, a female fan reached out and grabbed McGraw's nether regions. When Hill and McGraw returned for the encore, during their performance of "It's Only Love," Hill blasted the fan, waving her finger and saying into the microphone: "Somebody needs to teach you some class, my friend. You don't go grabbin' somebody else's, somebody's husband's [privates], you understand me? That's very disrespectful!" [2]
The incident briefly made its way on to YouTube but was then taken down, however, it had already made its way around the world and once again put Faith Hill in the spotlight involving another freak-out incident. Some have been saying it is reminicent to Hill's reaction when Carrie Underwood beat her out for Female Vocalist of the Year at the 2006 CMA Awards. However, the majority of fans and reporters have defended Hill saying she did what she had to do.
At the same concert, at the beginning of McGraw's set during "Last Dollar," McGraw's ring slipped off his pinky finger and a female fan refused to give it back. McGraw asked repeatedly into the microhpone to have his ring back and when the woman would not return it, he called security over to retrieve it back for him.
