when we punch throttle to a car(rear wheel)/bike in mid air why does it happen that the vehicle tends to move downwards from its back?..i mean why does it appear that the back part of the vehicle has become heavier?

torque from the rear wheels ! they want to stay still so it tries to rotate the car about the axcel

The law of conservation of angular momentum.
The "equal and opposite reaction" to the wheels spinning up is a counter torque on the rest of the vehicle.
The opposite is also true. If you slow, stop or reverse the wheels then the vehicle's front will start to move downward.

basically the rear whells acxt like a gyroscope.
