My doctor gave me this sheet listing all pregnancy ailments and what to take when you have that particular issue. For nasal decongestion, they suggest taking Tylenol products only and using Vicks Vaporub. I also had the stuffy nose throughout my whole pregnancy and it seemed like no matter what I took, it didn't help. Within hours of my delivery, the stuffiness was gone.

STOP using nasal spray!! that's a form of a drug, you system has gotten used to it and it needs more and more just for you to be normal. You have gotten an addiction to Nasal spray and you don't even know it! Stop using it NOW! your nose will be SUPER stuffed for about four days, but then your system will return to normal. p.s. you keep using that nasal spray and your nose will soon start bleeding.

You would be well-advised to avoid nasal decongestants, even when you are not pregnant. Among other side effects it destroys/dulls the ultra sensitive olfactory membrane.

Do plain steam inhalation instead.

I believe Sudafed is ok but check with your Dr. first. All Tylenol products are safe.
