It isn't out anywhere. Review copies were sent out to mags and the like, but because of the adult ratings it would receive Sony and Nintendo will not allow it to be published anywhere ,....... yet.

it's banned in america so your best shot is to import it from a country that didn't ban it.But you'll need a console of that region(PAl,NTSC)
or you could always try ebay
