First you replace x with 3

f(3)=(3-2) (3+2) (3-5)

You do the math

f(3)= (1) (5) (-2)

So the answer is

-10

Then
f= 3.3333333333333333333333333 repeating

or f= 3 1/3

yes, every one is telling you to substitute x by 3 and then solve it.
ill solve it for you :)
f(3) = (3 - 2) (3 + 2) (3 - 5)
hence:
f(3) = (1) (5) (-2)
You can leave the 1 because any number multiplied by 1 is the number.
So youre left with:
(5)(-2)
5 x -2
= -10
Hence:
f(3) = -10
:)
