I heard like 200 jumped... did any of them survive? I was reading on the interent that people fell from airplanes 5 miles up and survived. So maybe some of these people did too. Were there any people who jumped that survived?

I was impossible to have survived. The jumerers were from the floors above the impact zones and there was no way for them to get down. But at least the families of the jumpers had bodies they could bury. The others who never made it out mostly left behind body parts or nothing at all

In 1975, Owen J Quinn jumped off of the South Tower of the World Trade Center and yes, he did survive.

Of course, he had a parachute.

If it's on the internet, it must be true, huh?

There are a handful of people in history who have fallen from great heights on survived. None of them were from the WTC. They landed on hard street and rubble. No bushes, trees, snow to break their fall.

No, sadly, there were no survivors from the jumps. The jumpers were courageous and hopeful, weren't they? This memory still makes me feel sick inside.
