This is moral advice. Get on your knees and thank God he lost his license and is alive today. Would you rather have him dead in a ditch or alive walking?
My youngest son is in the same boat as your brother. And we are thankful for it. I love him. I want him to live into old age. He knows not to speed, but he chooses to do it anyway. I would rather see him walking rather than dead or in jail for killing someone else.

Not sure where you are, but 75 limit is more than we have here. 108 mph is too fast for any reason. 20 mph over the limit here means "Go to jail now", no ticket, no warning, just go to jail. So no license for a year is pretty tame compared with a year behind bars.

I really don't think there's any legal advice anyone could give to you..Doing 108 anywhere is reckless driving and I don't think any court would give your brother any slack..that's just how the courts are..they have to go by the law and 108 is just pretty crazy.

You can drive him around... O use alternate transportation buss or bike or skate board... If he drives and gets caugth----jail... If you get your license back insurance will skyrocket. Might have to do SR71 form and have the state assign a insurance company. Prrobable gona cost $4- 5 000... No license---not allowed to own or register a car or motorcycle... Sell the car before you get in more trouble...

i use to hit 110 to 120 mph every day on my way to work trying not to be late but i'm crazy and didn't care if i died then. i can't give you any legal advice because we all need to be held accountable for our actions. anything over 100mph in Texas gets you sent straight to jail if caught so he's lucky not to be in jail. you can get a lawyer but i don't think it will do any good.

Learn to ride the bus.

There is NO EXCUSE for reckless driving, and 108 MPH in ANY circumstance qualifies as reckless driving! He's lucky he's not in jail!
