As an owner of a Quest, my advice w/be to go to a Nissan dealer - they have the expertise & such - u may pay a few $$'s more but its worth the peace of mind - also - u didn't say how many miles on the engine - maximas can easily go 200,0000. Good luck.

More and likely that part is a dealer part, thus Midas will do a major markup on it to make a profit. Can try some local junk yards as well, as the Maxima's are rather popular. Good luck, and sorry if this doesn't really answer the question.

You better ask, If you don't get a quote from them take it some where else It might coast about 2 or 3 hundred to fix it , hope this helps
