I haven't taken to them yet,but maybe thats because they haven't been drawn into the Mitchell family yet. They just turned up and suddenly Peggy and Phil disappeared and the pub was left in their hands.Perhaps once the familiar Mitchell characters are back they will have more of a place in the family

they ARE mitchells you know. the writers cant change the family attitude. if they did the would ruin the tradition of the mitchells. the mitchells are ALL supposed to be like that. ever since phil and grant stepped foot on the square for the very first time in the 90's. if you dont like them then dont watch eastenders because the mitchells have a HUGE part in eastenders. so do something or otherwise you really cant blame the writers can ya.

Its all a bit too convenient that when the soap gets a bit boring they put unheard of characters on the centre stage. The Mitchell sisters are annoying and make out as if they know everyone really well like phill, grant ext Ive never heard anyone talk bout them so how would they know whats been going on. Only good thing is they keep up the bullying Beal campaign while Phill is away which is always good. Unfortunately no head flushing as yet. Ha

I wish the Eastenders script writers would come up with something original, rather than keep dragging in some long lost Mitchell spastics.

I agree with you,the writers have given them the sort of don't even try us were the Mitchell's sort of thing, which I can't even watch.Their script is so fake and it's like the show is centering around them now and the fact their running the pub and everyone is looking up to them.

Yes...For some reason; I don't like them either. They just don't ring true as Mitchells. They look out of place in the pub. And
I don't get the feeling that Mitchell women are meant to be 'hard'...Bitchy maybe but not 'hard'.

Maybe you should just switch your TV off as Eastenders is a load of tosh.
I look fore ward to the day when Walford nuclear power station blows up and kills the lot of them.

they're ok i guess but i think writers make a big mistake of having way too many mitchells/kings/barlows all in at once.

I like them more than i did when they 1st came in, but i found this stupid- peggy didnt even recognise them when they first came in, and they have never been spoken of before- so obviously they are not really close to phil and grant. But now they keep saying stuff like "yeah thats like our cousin grant". How the hell would they know!
