yet another tip that no person stated - i'm assuming you mean severe college cheer tryouts, so pass on your nearest college and ask between the cheerleaders if that they had be prepared that could be useful you out for an afternoon in substitute for charge or foodstuff or despite. For making your jumps extra appropriate, prepare, and perform a little calf will improve (stand on the sting of a stair-step and raise your self up and down) on an identical time as holding some semi-easy weights (5lbs at maximum) to construct your calf muscle groups. you additionally could have somebody watch you on an identical time as you leap on a trampoline to ascertain your style is genuine. another guidance: stay calm, be loud, enunciate, SMILE, and have exciting! do no longer venture approximately being suitable, and in case you're making a mistake, basically keep going and improvise. undergo in innovations that when you get on the squad, they're going to show you all of the cheers, so basically be chuffed and friendly and peppy, drink some water earlier you pass in, and undergo in innovations additionally which you will leap great-severe and do great-great splits frequently basically from sheer anxiousness, so do no longer rigidity on those issues too plenty.

Ask the coach at the new school what the requirements are.

Work on your jumps, motions, and so forth and practice a nice smile for when you try out. Be sure to wear school colors to show your spirit on the big day. :^D
