I do not think McDonald's have ever made that claim that they use organic meat, but they do say that they use 100% beef. Which means it could come from any part of a cow. I am not too fussed if it is the guts etc, if it tastes okay I will eat it.
If you eat processed food whether it is from MacDonald's or the supermarket, it will have more salt, fat, sugar and generally not as healthy as something you made from scratch at home. Lets face it, McDonald's is no worse than a lot of other companies that make that processed food.
Most people in the west do eat processed food. Very few eat only organic meals made from raw ingredients. As long as you don't have a McDonald's every day, it will not be "bad" for you. Like most things moderation is the key.

Mc Donalds don't claim that the beef is organic. They claim that the burgers are made from 100% beef (which can include any part of the animal).
My view is that yes, it's ****. Not because any part of the animal could be in your burger (nothing wrong with nose to tail eating, it's morally better not to waste parts of a slaughtered animal), but because of they're ethics.
As a business they really couldn't give a **** about what you (the person giving them your hard earned money) are eating.
I worked in McDonalds when I was at college and can honestly say that they're lack of morals start from the top and filters all the way to the bottom (with your burger wedged in the middle).
Don't get confused about what organic meat is. Organic meat is nothing new, it's about traditional animal husbandry that looks after the animal without pumping it full of steroids and crap to make it grow quicker so that you can have a cheaper meal.
I know there is loads of people that think that eating organic is some new poncy fashionable way of life but it's actualy about returning to old fashioned methods. It physically shouldn't be possible to buy a whole chicken for £2.
In answer to your question, yes, it's bad.

Well the reason it is bad is because there is so many calories and the fat content is very high in almost everything they have. There meat is suppose to be made out of soy from what I heard so that's good. That is why you hear a lot of people asking is their meat real lol. It's not necessarily their meat that is bad but the cheese, mayo, bread, bacon...etc. etc they just load it with a ton of stuff. that's what makes it bad for you. It seems to be worse in America then other countries I don't know why though.

If you eat at a hamburger joint then do so no more than once a month. These places are serving what the consumer wants and it´s up to people to evaluate everything they eat personally, although apparently the government counts the number of rat hairs in hamburger meat.

It is still awful rubbish full of fat and salt. Why oh why would you want to eat anything that comes in a Styrofoam box? I have seen that they are trying to produce healthy meals but in articles that I have read it has shown that if you use any of their dressings then their salads come out worse than their burgers for fat and salt!

If anyone remembers that the alternative in the UK before McDonalds was the 'greasy spoon' cafe or chip shop, then you will realise how McDonalds improved the quality of the fast food market. Basically you get what you pay for, if you want to pay £10 for a bowl of lentils and muslie then go do that, personally I'll stick to a £1.99 Fat Burger is more nourishing and your poop wont smell like a rabbit hutch.
