Yes you can,,but the real question is will they breed in any size tank? No one can answer that.

i DONT SEE WHY NOT THEY ONLY NEED A 10 GALLON FOR 2 CLOWN FISH SO A 29 IF YOU DONT PLAN ON KEEPING THE BABIES.
