kilts are skirts that are like wraps and you were shorts under them

pineys are like jerseys

A kilt is like a skirt, which will be the lower half of your "uniform".

so it is somthing like what is in this link:

A "pinnie" is like a vest that you will wear most likely over one of your shirts.
