If it became as sparkling-decrease as that there does not be criminals on the streets. criminal behaviour could be a results of many existence circumstances and reviews. a baby who has been heavily missed and abused could boost specific criminal instincts. yet so could a baby who became over-spoilt by means of their dad and mom and in no way learnt the implications of their strikes. 2 criminal minds could boost from those 2 thoroughly opposite beginning factors. criminal psychologists have studied the backgrounds of criminal minds for hundreds of years and are available up with various thousand criminal profiles counting on what crime they're maximum in all probability to commit and at what degree of their existence they are going to initiate offending. the entire debate is extensive open and professionals do not even have many black and white solutions to describe the psychology in the back of criminal behaviour.

It depends.
Sometimes, the person is desperate, and cannot find any other way to accomplish something than breaking the law.
Sometimes, the person is ignorant, and doesn't realize they are breaking the law.
Sometimes, the person doesn't care, and breaks the law because it's too inconvenient to follow the law.
And sometimes the person is evil, and breaks the law because they enjoy causing harm to others.
There is no single answer for every criminal, and there is no single answer for every crime.

Usually, it is a lack of respect for other people. If you had respect for someone else, you wouldn't rob them, cheat them, hurt them physcially or lie to them. Most crimes fall into one of those categories.
There are some people who are legitimately insane and/or have no comprehension of what is "right" or "wrong" in society. Those people are considered mentally incompetent to stand trial and are generally given therapy or they get hospitalized/put into an institution.

Ask the Clinton's and the Kennedy family they are experts when it comes to criminal actions and getting away literately with murder.
The Kennedy Clan killed four women because they can get away with it and the Clinton's are beyond the law of the land
