...and the guy "finishes" anyway...should he be charged with rape and suffer the same consequences as the prowler who stalks and kidnaps women off the street who NEVER granted consent in the first place???

ps...I don't think it's fair to call both circumstances the same thing.
Would that logic work if the GUY changed his mind midway???

pps...how about in circumstances where the girl's mom or dad walk in the room during something consentual and the girl yells "RAPE!" to protect her phoney-baloney image with her parents?

No, he shouldn't have to face the same penalty as a rapist that never even got the permission of consensual sex.

It should follow the same logic as, if you decided to let someone borrow your car then after they left with it, you can't just change your mind and have them charged with unauthorized use or theft of it.

Once either party says 'stop' or 'no' and the other party continues it is rape. And yes even if the person who says no if the man, the women would then be guilty of rape.

Male rape victims are a lot more common then people think it's just men tend not to come forward and say that they were raped because of shame ("If I was a real man I wouldn't have said stop in the first place. Real men want sex all the time.") But rape is rape.

Yes. Once a person says "stop" -- the other person must stop.

If it's a matter of a few seconds, the court is going to take physics and biology into account -- but other than that, there is no difference.

However, the prowler may also be charged with stalking, assault, and other crimes that might apply based on the difference in approach and circumstances.

If the woman says stop halfway through, the man must begrudgingly zip up his fly and head home with blue ballz.

Yes. The woman has the right to say 'no' at any time, and if you do not comply, you are raping her. It usually carries a less severe punishment, and is hard to prove, but you are supposed to stop.
Just go in the bathroom and finish yourself. It's not as fun, but it beats having bubba be your next partner.

When "stop" is heard then apply the brakes.
