This Bush administration poses the largest threat to our country's Constitution that it has faced in our 231 year history. Let's just hope that we can get out of this illegal administration without them turning us into a monarchy as they are trying to do. They have already walked upon most of our freedom's with the most abused being our free speech. They not only do not care what "WE THE PEOPLE" want, but they also do not care what the rest of the world thinks. Let's just hope we can get out of this while our Statue of Liberty is still standing.

Hi Reo....Good question, although some may not think the same way as I do, about the Constitution. In my opinion 'Our Constitution' is what made our country a reality to those that despised a 'monarchy' and wanted a change in government for the 'new land'. Our Founding Forefathers had come from a monarchy ruled country and didn't like the way it was ruled so they fought and died for what they believed in which was for 'our freedom' and 'our constitutional rights' for this new country of ours. Now our government feels that changing our Constitution or revising for 'their' ideals is a good thing. NOT! What our government needs to do along with Bush is to ask us 'We The People' on what changes we want to see, if any, regarding to the Constitution. It's not their decision alone on who decides! I don't like the idea that our government takes us (America's people) for granted and just assume that we want changes in our Constitution, I feel as it stands now, that our government is a huge threat for our Constitution. It's either their way or 'no way' and this isn't fair to us, her people. When we look upon America we look at our Constitution, Our Statue of Liberty, Our Flag these are our icons that made this country for who she is. 'Let Freedom Ring', "Liberty and Justice for All' "We The People" what has happened to our government? Do they actually see what they are doing or do they just not care? Have a great day!

Bush has destroyed the country and the republican party. What does he care about the constitution? He does as he pleases and gets away with it because people are too busy working to make a living and they don't even know that our country is going to H in a hand basket.
What does he care about legal Americans, he is giving the vote to illegals if he has his way. No paper trail, no proof. He already stole one election with the help of his brother.

Bush is an idiot. Not only is a a threat to our Constitution, he's a threat to the entire world. What he has done in his over-extended stay in his "toy box" has threatened the stability of the entire Middle East. He has made the US more vulnerable to terrorist attacks. The allies that once stood, basically, with us are now distancing themselves from us. Americans are not safe anymore. I don't EVER remember another president creating so much hate toward the US.

What the hell has he done to us?

What Constitution? I thought that document was abolished by the creation of the USA PATRIOT ACT.

Like I said before. If Iraq needs a Constitution, I say give them ours. Its old, it worked for over 200 years and we're not using it anymore.

None, they have never read it or even been near it, so they can't hurt the document. But they have already trampled the Ideas it stands for. all but negating the other two branches of government when they disagree. He has already laid the groundwork for taking total control.
"On May 9, 2007, George W. Bush issued a PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE giving him full control of the government in the event of a "catastrophic emergency." It is known as National Security Presidential Directive 51 or NSPD51."

The Constitution has been crapped on so much since the ink on it dried it's pretty much a moot point. When you whine about the Constitution being ignored, don't forget to include all of the wonderful, unconstitutional social programs that have been added throughout the decades and that you leftys treasure so much. Just making sure you have the courage of your convictions.

Let's see, habeas corpus, privacy and the balance of powers are not respected. I would say this administration is an absolute menace due to the powers it has illegally grabbed. No one says " no " to this " decider " .
