Well, if it "can be" harmful I will still do it. Not if it "will be" harmful! I jet ski at an alarming speed, Hand glide in the thermals, love rock climbing, and well, lets just say I'm an adrenaline junkie! At 49 y/o that's almost a death sentence. If I go, I'll have a smile on my face! I just signed up for wreck diving courses, now maybe I can slow down!

I'm sure a lot of people are going to say "no!", but as I actually think about it, I do a lot of things that are harmful to myself, even though I know it.
I'm sure everyone's guilty of it, if even just for something minor.

Being married was really harmful to me. Kept doing that for years and had to quit when it became worse than just harmful.
I guess the answer is no.. I would eventually quit.
