Beauty is in the eye of the beholder... I guess that would work for ugly to. A person to me is only ugly if the act that way. It is what that is in the heart that counts. Have a good day!!! :-)

I dunno, I think the prettiest women in the world are the ones who tend to over do it. Ugly women mostly dont bother, I think because they cant hide the ugly with some mascara. You should ask a pretty girl out for a switch, thats more fun anyway!

It depends. Some girls realize that they are ugly no matter what and don't bother with make-up. Self-awareness is a good thing. Some are self conscience and clown themselves up with make-up.

it depends... there is this girl in my class, she came in class with no makeup for 1 day and I couldn't recognize her! But you shouldn't put too much makeup on because the more you put on, the worse you look without it...
