Go to a bank. Open a pay pal account or a regular account, BUT you will have to have your parent go with you and you will also have to have your social security no. I don't trust any other way of doing on line banking other than pay pal!

Why not go to a local bank and set up the account. Most banks offer online banking, including bill pay. Online banking is very convenient but it's nice to cash a check or deposit cash at an actual bank building if you need to.

I'm not sure about online, but most banks will allow folks under 18 to have bank accounts. I would start there because very often those branches have online access to your accounts so you don't have to go to the branch all the time.

If you're not 18 but have your own child, I think you can be decalred "independent" and emancipated...go into a local bank branch and ask what their rules are. It's probably best to start with a savings account.

You must have someone over 18 on the account.

A local bank or credit union is likely your best bet to get this accomplished is your situation.
