its 4 a girl so dont say jessie is a boys name

i don't really like either names...but if i had to choose i would say jessica b/c at least its classic. classic 80s. but still. but honestly i have yet to meet a jessie who is not overly boyish.

Jessica is nice and you can call her Jessie for short. Then you can use both names and you dont really have to pick. If you go with Jessie you cant really call her Jessica as a nickmnae, ya know? I say go with Jessica

I know a lot of girls that are Jessica and go by Jessie
They use it as a nickanme, Jessie, Jess
I would go with Jessica and call her Jessie

Jessica can be over used a lot of the time.
but it's still a good name to have.
Jessie is cute & you could add a middle name to it & make it adorable.

ex.
Jessie Elizabeth
Jessie Marie
etc, etc.
