Wow! the last time we went to see a musical was back in 2005. But we haven't been to another one since because he is deployed. If your husband is a bit hesitant to watch a musical...take him to a fun one....like Beauty and the Beast, Lion King, Hairspray, Grease, etc. That is what I did and my husband LOVED it! The next one we want to go see when he comes back is Le Miz. I know its a bit intense but IT WONDERFUL! Good Luck!

2 weekends ago when we got married, we went to Branson, Missouri on our honeymoon and saw 2 musicals and went to a dinner theater and we have one more musical to see. He loves to go to shows like that as long as we get to go together.

Oh yuck! Neither one of us like musicals or operas. I suppose if I had to choose one over the other is would be the musical.
