im planning to go to yale in 3 years. ill stay in a dorm. please! how mch should i be saving a year to go? a week? a total? anything! i just need numbers!

Tuition and Fees are currently about $33,000 with Room and Board being another $10,000 per year. If you save $50,000 per year for each of the next years, you will have plenty.

Many students get financial aid. If you are good enough to get into Yale, it is a good idea to take out loans in addition to other forms of aid. The extra income that you get from graduating from a place like Yale will more than pay for the loans.

Even if you are qualified to get into Yale, you may not get in. However, you will get into some excellent college under those conditions.

well... alot, dont get your hopes up too much on yale though b/c they are extremely hard to get into... even if you have all A's and a perfect SAT score.
