and before someone suggests I go out and buy some soap I have $7 to my name and that has to go for gas in my car so I can't afford any right now.

Been there girl. Use shampoo and they will not only smell good, but they will be clean too. I'm not the only one with this idea, I've had some pretty weird neighbors too...where I live in Vegas there is a store called the 99 cent only store, yeah..for 99 cents you can get a pretty big bag of detergent--not name brand, but it works good.

You can use dish soap. Use less than 1/4 a cup of the dish soap though. Use a very tiny amount.

if you choose to use dish soap...which you can....BE VERY CAREFUL as to not add too much!!! If you are using the soap you add to water in your sink....just a little bit will work good.....if you add a little too much....LOOK OUT!!! you will have soap going everywhere!!!!!! I AM VERY SERIOUS....I accidentally used dish soap in the dish washer....and it flooded the kitchen and was a complete mess to clean up! You can also use some shampoo or body wash in your clothes.

I've used all kinds of things

Vinegar (kills bacteria) My top Choice
Ammonia
Lestoil
Body Wash (small amounts)
I took bar soap and rubbed it on the major spots.
I used dishwasher powder
Dish soap
Shampoo

Antibacterial hand soap (small amounts)

Hey when your in a pinch you'll try anything ;) Vinegar was the best though.

A little dish soap is better than no soap at all.

Dish soap will do just fine..or the soap you use to bathe with.

They're all basically the same

Been there. You can squeeze in about 1/4 of a bottle of shampoo. It suds up really quickly. It may not get stains out very well but it will do you justice for the time being! Have fun!

Good Luck

I have used 1 cup baking soda instead of detergeant and 1 cup white vinegar into the rinse water. The baking soda scrubs everything clean and the vinegar kills the bacteria as well as works like fabric softener.
