Everyone the I've heard say it has pronounced it as vez-ee-na. But over my last week of hockey camp we watched a don cherry movie, and he pronounce it just as vez-na. Its a weird question, i know, but after the way i saw don pronounce it i was just curious. Dont hate on me.

VEZ-i-nah

Emphasis on the first syllable, followed by a short 'i' sound in the middle, not a long 'eee' sound

im pretty sure its vez-na

usually the inexperienced fans (no offense) pronounce it vez-ee-na, but Rick and the Cheif (play by play announcers) say Vez-na

The trophy was name after Georges Vézina (pronounced: /veˈzina/). This is a French name so the word breaks down differently.

baypae..........you're wrong on this count. There is no accent in Georges Vezina's name. As Cyren pointed out, it is pronounced Veh Zi Nah. My wife was a Vezina, and distantly related to the Chicoutimi Cucumber
