Run like you're going back to your cell. Let them follow real close. Step to the side just at the door. When they're all in your cell, slam the door shut. Find a lab coat, Dr's name tag. Go to the nurse's station and call a taxi and grab some cash out of one of the nurse's purses under the counter. Wait outside til the cab gets there. Go somewhere and do somehing fun.

Stay stock-still. When they come lunging for you, turn around whilsst grabbing th syringe and hold them to ransom with it. Hey, if you can run whilst typing, you can do that!
