English is spoken most often and I think the second most language that is spoken could be French or Spanish.

I was first going to say English and then Spanish... but that is just because they are spoken in more countries. But seeing as China has about 1.2 billion people.... and how many people does India have?
So I am going to hazard a guess and say Chinese and Indian..
but the only problems there is that they have strongly different dialects.. i.e Cantonese and Mandarin..
and... (forgive my ignorance) Hindi and Punjabi? (I apologise all those from India if I got that reeeeeeallly wrong)

Chinese first as it is the most populated country in the world and then English (as it is a common language around the world and is also used in India).

Well in America I would like to think it would be English. Second seems to be Spanish, but it kinda seems like the Spanish is taking over. Can someone please tell me, if you're going to move to America shouldn't you learn to speak our language??? Oh, don't even get me started on this subject!!! On to the next question...
