ammonia at 0 already did salt. and a 50% water change. haha funny

Check your water for ammonia, it sounds like ammonia poisening
If you ammonia is off the chart, do a partial waterchange of 50% with a gravelsiphon right away, and keep doing partial waterchanges of 25% every 3 days until your ammonia levels are at "0"
Also put 1 tablespoon of aquarium salt to 5 gallon to start the healing process
