You only have to listen attentively to the various aspects of presentation from the witnesses and the lawyers, and the explanations given by the court(judge), at various points in the proceedings, with an open mind! I think from what little you have said above so openly, you will make a very good juror!

Probably. I really believe the laws should be followed, except for some silly ones. For example, I don't smoke weed, but it seems unfair to those who like it, since liquor & cigarettes are legal. There's a paradox: the laws are more severe, but the judicial system fails to implement them properly a lot of the time, but that's a digression.

I don't know if I would be useless but I probably would be more lenient. I couldn't convict someone on eye witness testimony because it is so inaccurate. I do think some people should never get out of jail. But I think some people are justified if they kill others in self defense,

They would never let me be a juror; I'm way to open minded, I would probably start some new juror revolution; one for justice and equality! =)

Yeah - I went to law school so they would think I was incompetent to be a juror.
Good Luck!!!

I never was a fan of the jury system. Let us just leave the decision to the "experts" - credible or not.

I don't know because I wouldn't want to be in that kind of situation of choosing someone else's fate!

Better tell them that so they don't choose you as a Jurist. I think it would be interesting and don't think I'd be useless.
