Yeah, fair enough you could say that as far as stunts go he's taken a leaf out of Senna's, Prost's or Schumacher's book. In terms of talent however, Alonso doesn't even come close to any of those.
At least Senna, Prost and Scumacher could back up all their moments of madness with exceptional displays of skill on the track, something Fernando has never done and in my opinion never will be able to.

Senna is Alonso's racing idol, and Alonso has always had a similar attitude. Hot headed, ruthless and unapologetic. But if Senna did something a bit naughty he would always admit it. Schumacher on the other hand would cry that he was a victim. It appears that Alonso has taken on the worst character traits of both Senna and Schumacher.

I certainly agree that Senna, Prost and Schumacher pulled some dodgy stunts, but they would NEVER have pulled a stunt like Alonso did today. He was not fighting for the championship, it was pole position. And not even a pole position that could decide the championship! It was extremely vindictive, malicious and unsporting. Champions like him the sport can do without!!!!!

Monza 2006 - Alonso, after being penalised for "blocking" Massa, he said to the press "I now no longer consider F1 as a sport"
I kind of like this guy now. He's taking a leaf out of Schumi and Sennas book.
In F1, the most important thing is winning. Unfair advantage? Cheating? Unsportsman-like? Please, don't be so naive. Winning is everything.
Worried about reputation? Media pressure? Relationship repercussions within the team? Get a thicker skin, son, and hang your balls out there.
Our little Nando is growing up!

Bullsh**, Neither Senna, Prost or Schumaker would stoop so low as to kick their own team mate in the ba**s. What Alonso did was despicable and unforgivable. If it wasn't for Hamilton already having a good lap time recorded, Hamiton could have gone down to 10th. And what if Alonso got a puncture, made a silly mistake and came off etc. McClaren would be in 9th and 10th on the grid. As far as I am concerned, the day that Ron Dennis sacks Alonso is one day too late. I don't think Ron has any choice now. Fernando has used his childish tantrums and brought both McClaren and F1 into repute, a couple of times this season. what he did today was way over the other side of the thin line.

True, those champions are ruthless at some time or another.
But I don't recall schumi doing this to his own team mate.
It's more like another Senna-Prost for McLaren, which is bad for the team, and the sports to. For one moment you have a strong team to challenge Ferrari, and the next moment they are killing among themself

Alsonso isn't a Senna, Shumacher nor a Prost, but he is sly, maybe it is his Spanish blood, he will get fined for that and even better still, when it comes to Drivers' Contracts, guess who will be out the door!!

No he hasn't. Read Ron Dennis on the Autosport site. Hamilton was to blame.
It's about time all this Hamilton mania was put to rest and people realise he is just too big for his boots.
