well I know one is not me....and I hope there aren't any on this site, but you never know..
Dang that story is scary, but we can't lock up our daughters and keep them from using computers. I am glad they have shows like Dateline that make those kinds of stories on nation TV to make all of us aware of what is really out there. I had my 15 year old sit an watch parts of the show and had a discussion with her about what can happen to her if she is not careful. I also monitor the site's she visits on the computer. Some have told me it's an invasion of her privacy, but I see it as trying to keep her out of the hands of a predator... Anyway, thanks for the question..hope it helps people more aware of what can be out there.

That's a really interesting thought. With all the people in the world, there's probably a small percentage of "predators" who are checking out Yahoo answers. But, I feel safe in answering here since I don't give out personal information. Even if I did, the place where I live isn't that easy to find.

that is interesting, yet that could in all probability create a technical problem for yahoo, having to have 8 billion chat rooms open without warning. Plus what occurs if the guy asking the question won't be in a position to outlive to get each and all of the solutions? until of course such as you pronounced, that's a decision by means of the questioner. To make it artwork each and each question could could be that's own chat room or the classic way (how that's now) it could be exciting for everybody regulars.

Good point. The internet allows them the anonymity to exploit the kids on forums like this. Personally, I don't think pedophiles have any redeemable qualities, and if convicted, they should be locked up forever.

ROTFL, ummm . . . actually that thought has crossed my mind a few times. Sorry everyone, but it has. All I know is that it won't be me -- my wife is really hot.
Good point, though, cobra.
