If you can deal with sexual intercourse while you have UTI, all I can say is good luck, you're a better woman than I am. I have only had two doses of UTI in my life, and I guarantee I didn't want anybody NEAR that body part LOL.
Not only that, it just is a much more sensible thing to take your course of treatment and let yourself get over this nasty little infection. Once it is over, you will have plenty of time to try and conceive.

I would assume so. Iam sure many women have gotten pregnant while having a UTI. I would just get it checked and see if you're going to need antibiotics to clear it up. There are about8 weeks from conception until the embryo shares your blood stream via the placenta. So it wouldnt effect anything.
I was about 5 months and had to take antibiotics because in my pregnant eating frenzy i inhaled some food and it got infected in my lungs.. lol. My son is just fine.

Why dont you go to the doctor & get the antibiotics to treat the UTI? Ive had quite a few of them, & I promise- its better to get rid of it when its early.... If you wait to get meds, you can have kidney stones & those are VERY painful.... Thats what happened to me....

I asked my doctor that very question, and she said it was fine. I would still get it treated though, so it doesn't go into your kidneys. Good luck ttc!
