its 11:00 PM here and my neighbors are rocking out with their new karaoke magic mic thing what sounds like on full blast. its fine if they've alright voices.. but its ear shattering! honestly!
i hate to be a party pooper, but my toddler's asleep in his room.. what should i do?

Can you call them or go knock on their door and explain that you have a young child who is trying to sleep? Maybe they would be willing to turn the sound down.
If not, you either have to bear the noise, or call the authorities and make a report.

i would either go with the ear plugs if you got some around or call the police and tell them you got someone being really loud next door and they are disturbing the peace.

Call the POLICE! There has to be a noise ordinance where you are! Damn hurting their feelings and pooping their party. They are being absolutely inconsiderate!!!
