Depending on how dirty or weathered the inflatable is, you have several choices. First is to use good old soap and water as described by the others here. Depending upon the material that the boat is made from (PVC or Hypalon) It may have sun damage (more likely with PVC) that only a solvent will help. You can use MEK on a cloth and wipe the boat clean. DO NOT saturate or allow it to stay too long on the material. It will damage it. You are trying to remove the sticky damaged surface only. Follow that with a soap & water wash and then use a UV protective coating like 303 to help preserve the life of the tubes.

grease cutter soap like ''dawn blue'' and water for lotz of rinse --- all the chemicals in rubber shine restoration are not good for the older boatz and should be avoided .... nothing better than soap and H2O .... it ain't new just use the boat and enjoy the day and like alfred e newman said it '''' don't worry '''' .....
