I don't know why, but every night since one week ago this has been happening to me. Every night I woke up at least one time in the middle of the night ( sometimes 2am, sometimes 4am), at random times. Also, I have been having really weird dreams and horrible nightmares and I don't really know why. Why is this happening and how can I make it stop?

The only reason all of the sudden you have bad dreams is because something obviously different in your life. Did something happen? Are you afraid of somehing? What in your daily life changed? Are you remembering a bad memory? If s you should solve or fix that someway or try to ignore it. If it isn't the nightmares that wake you up try your best before going to sleep drink a glass of water, go to the bathrooom, 1 hourbefore you sleep don't eat anything , 1 hour before you go to sleep don't like do anything active or watch t.v. read a book, (it may also help with your dream problem if you dream about that book. Good luck!

If u answered yes 2 this stop doing them. The last 1 if u wake up 2 an alarm, set 2 or 3 if u have 2, u may subconsciously afraid to over sleep!

if you feel that waking up is messing with your proper rest. ask your dr to put you on a light sleep aid to keep you down all night. just something to reprogram your sleep cycle.
don't eat after 8pm. i have heard that some things you eat effect you during your sleep. not sure... but try a sleep aid for a few days
