The shape of the Universe is an informal name for a subject of investigation within physical cosmology. Cosmologists and astronomers describe the geometry of the universe which includes both local geometry and global geometry. It is loosely divided into curvature and topology, even though strictly speaking, it goes beyond both.
Considerations of the shape of the universe can be split into two parts; the local geometry relates especially to the curvature of the observable universe, while the global geometry relates especially to the topology of the universe as a whole—which may or may not be within our ability to measure.
The extrapolation of the local geometry of space to the geometry of the whole universe is not without a specific ontological stance regarding how space and time coexist. Current thinking demands that space and time be considered as two aspects of a single 'spacetime'.
Nevertheless it still makes sense to speak about three-dimensional concepts referring to the universe, like the Hubble volume.

The Earth is quasi spherically shaped.. All mass structure follow the same pattern. The reason is that the sphere is the most efficient way that the Pressure of Gravity can hold together a mass into a structure and architecture.
Therefore the Universe must follow the same rules.

the Universe is said to be spherical among many other universes . This shows that our universe is expanding ,there is something beyond the universe that we don't know of.
It is predicted the after some point the universe is blanked out without any light or matter.
So combining the answer, it can be said that the universe is spherical or round like other objects inside it or has actually now shape and expanding in all directions

the earth is an oblong spheroid, and as far as i know if galaxies are many differennt shapes fitting into a puzzle there is no way of knowing the end shape of the universe becasue it's still growing.but if i had to guess i'd say short of elliptical knowing that objects attract each other with gravity and orbit certain other bodies in space especially a sun of some kind.
remeber those solar system mobiles you made as a kid, now think galaxies not planets.

one million) Earth isn't around, that's a oblate spheroid. 2) *facepalm*, storms are shaped by utilising capability flow and intermolecular forces. The poles are chillier using fact the refraction of electromagnetic radiation is a lot larger, and the daylight hours is under everywhere else on the worldwide. 3) Nope, no longer close. in basic terms concern to procure suitable became the spin on the earth inflicting it to slightly bulge, that's why that's an oblate spheroid. The plates do no longer stick, they shift, slide, or collide. Which releases an incredible quantity of capability. that doesn't instruct something. you in basic terms reported with a baseless declare that adam and eve lived. Our Earth is a lot from appropriate, and you will possibly desire to get that stupid little thought out of your head. that doesn't instruct sh1t, and you don't be conscious of sh1t. Bruce the Earth does no longer have a stable axis.

Actually, the earth really is Ellipse. Almost between round and oval. It is the same with their orbits. So according to some major theories, I think the universe is Spherical.

The earth is spherical because of gravity and structural strength or it's material.
The universe is the same shape.
There is no possible way, when the universe burst from zero, the it could be directed in any direction but radially.

Shape of earth is not related to the shape of universe..
Scientists have given three possible shapes of universe .. after calculating the density!!
1) It can be spherical
2) It can be hyperbola
3) It can be flat
and the shape also depends on their satisfied procedure of pythagorean!

The universe is generally considered to be spherical.
Cosmic rays were emitted in a burst (EMP) in all directions and they travel at the speed of light expanding a somewhat spherical bubble.
