Fried in pan with lid on so top cooks but yolk is very runny.
If I break or over cook then I give to dog and start again.
I've been known to go through almost whole box of eggs until I get it right !!

over lightly-just enough to cook the clear snot stuff that covers the yoke. I like runny yokes for soaking up with whole wheat toast or turkey bacon.
